  7. STAMAR - The Maintenance and Reporting System - can be used in almost any
  8. environment that requires the scheduling of regular and/or corrective
  9. maintenance on equipment. The STAMAR system will provide an accurate method of
  10. scheduling maintenance work on equipment and printing work orders to notify the
  11. maintenance staff of work to be done. The work orders are then used by the
  12. maintenance staff to record time spent on the job, the cost of parts used, and
  13. the status of the work order. Various management reports are available to help
  14. the maintenance manager analyze the effectiveness of the staff and to
  15. troubleshoot problem areas that may arise. Reports are available at anytime to
  16. show outstanding work orders, hours worked by trade, hours and parts by cost
  17. center, maintenance hours by equipment number, and maintenance history by
  18. equipment number.
